This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by CodeVior. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

2. Service Cancellation

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to CodeVior. Upon cancellation:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for
  • Any deliverables completed will be provided to the client
  • No refund will be provided for work already completed
  • Future milestone payments will be cancelled

2.2 CodeVior-Initiated Cancellation

CodeVior reserves the right to cancel a project in cases of:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Breach of contract terms
  • Unreasonable demands or harassment
  • Illegal or unethical project requirements

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Terms

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds for completed work or delivered services
  • Partial refunds may be considered for cancelled projects before work begins
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment
  • Processing fees may apply to refunds

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Project cancelled before any work has commenced
  • CodeVior fails to deliver agreed services due to our fault
  • Material breach of contract by CodeVior
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed work and delivered services
  • Consultation fees
  • Third-party costs and expenses
  • Work-in-progress at the time of cancellation

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email to info@codevior.com
  2. Include project details, payment information, and reason for refund
  3. Allow 7-14 business days for review and processing
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

5. Project Modifications

Changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables may affect pricing and are subject to mutual agreement. Modifications do not constitute grounds for refund unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. Refund disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering project agreements and work completed.

7. Monthly Retainer Cancellation

For monthly retainer agreements:

  • 30 days written notice required for cancellation
  • Current month's retainer is non-refundable
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • All completed work during the retainer period remains the property of the client

8. Force Majeure

CodeVior shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
