1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CodeVior's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CodeVior provides software development, design, consulting, and related IT services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific agreements entered into between CodeVior and the client.

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, payments are due as follows:

  • An initial deposit may be required to commence work
  • Milestone payments based on project progress
  • Final payment upon project completion and delivery

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur interest charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. CodeVior retains rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in the project.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Providing necessary access to systems, data, and resources
  • Making payments according to agreed terms

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

CodeVior warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeVior's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. CodeVior will deliver all completed work to the client.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.

12. Changes to Terms

CodeVior reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
